In addition to the well-known match pairs of pictures game it’s also possible to match pictures with words and words with words. With this kids will train their ability to quickly and accurately remember the word itself and its letters. This skill will also help them to take up more difficult words, which will be important when they start with spelling.
The game-mode where you can match pictures with words appears to really motivate kids (who do not yet know all the letters) enormous in finding out about the unfamiliar letters.
