About Hold your breath longer
Have you ever had a vacation near the ocean where you wished you could hold your breath just a little longer to discover the wonders of the underwater world?
"Hold your breath" is an iPhone exclusive training app that helps you to prolong the duration of your breath holding.
The app features the two most known training methods. The first are Co2 tables that enhance your tolerance regarding Co2 levels in your blood. The second are O2 tables which help extending your maximum breath hold time.
WARNING:
Never train alone! You should always have someone next to you that knows that you are training and understands the risk involved.
Never train more than one session per day! Also do not train more than two times a week. Stop the training immediately when you feel uncomfortable.
Do not under any circumstances provide a wrong maximum breath hold time. This is used to calculate the suggested session times.
Consult with your doctor before starting to train. The training can lead to blackouts, loss of motor control (LMC), serious and irreparable damages to the respiratory system, serious and irreparable damages to the brain, other serious health damage or death.
DISCLAIMER:
The showed times are only suggestions that do not guarantee any training success. Any training session suggested by the app has to be carefully reviewed by a professional prior to training.
