For your organisation whether in business, education or public sectors to achieve its goals, it needs to focus on its human resources. This App will take you through a sample of questions and evaluates your answers in the three sections:
- Leadership
- Work environment
- Human needs

Then based on Hussein’s PhD model it provides you with indicators that represent the
organisational FIT situation in each of the three sections with regards to motivation and capabilities of your workforce.

The app is also designed to estimate your workforce overall motivation and capabilities for you to take decisions to improve them.
