Before purchase: Starting a purchase in the menu "Tickets", you can have your starting point located now. Your lastly used starting points are also saved.
During purchase: Your lastly used means of payment is saved as default. So from now on, you will not be asked to choose a means of payment in the order process anymore. Of course you can still change your means of payment on the "Check" page in each order process.
After purchase: From now on, you can buy a ticket again from the list of your expired mobilTickets. Furthermore, you can request order receipts directly from the list of your purchased mobilTickets. In order to use these functions, press and hold a ticket in one of the ticket lists (Valid, Future, Expired).

As by now, in Hamburg nearly all car2go vehicles may only be opened using the car2go app, you will be redirected to the car2go app after selecting a vehicle on the map.
Therefore, the retrieval of mobile tickets has been facilitated: Now you will find your tickets in the menu “Tickets”. From here, you may also start a new purchase, or you choose a connection and start the ticket purchase as usual.
After numerous customer requests, the status bar of your device is now depicted in white when the HVV-App is open. Furthermore, we have fixed some small bugs.
Important note to clients using iOS 6.1.x: If you have updated the HVV-App to version 3.3, please uninstall the app. You will be offered version 3.2.1 for installation again.
