The first car across the finish line wins the race – that's how racing was and that's how racing will always be. Yet with ever-faster cars and perfected racing lines, motorsport soon became too predictable. New game mode 'destruction'
A new game mode 'destruction' has been added for friendly races.
• the first car losing all HP loses
• HP of the cars is 3 times the normal HP
• the repair lane can't be entered
• the leading car receives 20 HP each new lap
• the race ends after 15 laps. Winner is the car with more HP in that case

Team
A detailed overview of the performance (donations, collected tokens) of team members has been added to the team overview. This overview is accessible below the team member list.

Location
The location of the account can now be changed in the settings menu. This affects local leaderboards for example.

Garage
All cars got a new set of patterns

Video
Each toolbox can now be boosted with a video to contain 2-4 more cards once.

Changes
- detailed power-up and perk info popup now shows stats for next level upgrade
- the negative effect of a damaged car slows down speed power-ups now as well
- recharge rate in all leagues is 0.75/sec now (was less in leagues 1-8)
- cars below 10 HP are at the slowest speed (was only at 0 HP before)
- energy changes caused by power-ups are now visible as numbers above the cars
- power-up status bubbles are now visible for another second after usage (to see the level of each power-up)
- perk effects are now part of the performance indicators of a vehicle
- emote texts are slightly bigger to avoid mistaps


Bugfixes:
- flamethrower and ice beam only affect cars that are visibly ahead
- game sometimes freezes on cloned cluster missile

New power up 'Acid missile':
- rare, unlocks at league 6, 3 energy
- launches a missile which not just damages a car on impact but corrodes it as well, dealing damage over time!

New power up 'Nitro':
- rare, unlocks at league 8, 2+ energy
- this ability either boosts your car (tap top) or repairs it (tap bottom). But be careful, it uses up all your energy making the power up more powerful but leaves you vulnerable for attacks.

Performance
- the start-up of the game has been optimized
- the transition between game, race and rematch should be much smoother now
- scrolling content in general is smoother now

Garage:
- new colors and patterns
- color prizes have been reduced to 100 Antimatter
- new 'purchase all' option

Profile:
- the player profile now shows the last race results with used power ups
- with this, last opponents can easily be found outside the race as well

Card Collection:
- daily donation limit has been increased by 50%
- all cards can now be upgraded directly with Antimatter without the need to collect card copies first. Price for this is double the price from the card shop offers.
- all cards that can potentially be found can now be unlocked directly with Antimatter as well

Balancing:
- no matter which car, repair lane now heals 50% from car's max health
- all damage and HP for power ups have been doubled
- base HP of all cars has doubled
- armor leveling has been quadrupled to +4
- power up upgrade balancing is steeper in the first levels and more flat at the end
- this should lead to more differentiation in lower levels and a shift to more skill-based matches in higher levels

Trophies:
Victories now give 30 trophies fixed for all races but optional race against bot (stays at +/-10). Defeats lose between 10 and 30 trophies, depending on difference from own to opponents trophy amount.

Optional race against bot:
For all leagues below 10, races against bots are not optional anymore and start after 12 seconds. Victories from these races give +30 trophies (was +10), defeats lose between 10 and 30 trophies, depending on bot strength.

Videos:
- unlock reduction has been increased to 30 minutes per video (was 15)

Soundtrack:
- a new song 'Evil Force' has been added to the soundtrack pool

More player stats
The overall races and the win streak (current and best) are displayed in a player's profile now.

New season reset
After a season is over, the trophies of each participating user are set to 3000 plus half the difference of their current trophies to 3000.

Leaderboards
Players that haven't logged in for 28 days are hidden from the leaderboards.

Video Ad Rewards
Each 20 watched videos you'll get an additional reward (Credits (up to 600), Antimatter (up to 10), gold or silver Toolbox)
No more cooldown between videos.

Power-Up balancing

Drones
All drones now have 10 HP (was 5). This means, it takes slightly longer to destroy a drone with the flamethrower and a shockwave doesn't destroy a newly spawned drone, it just reduces it's lifetime.

Energy Shutdown
Reduced base energy loss to -3.2 (was -3.5)

Sector Boost
Increased min. speed base to 55 (was 50)

Ram
Reduced base fixed speed to 280 (was 300), added leveling of +2
Increased base range to 90 (was 80), reduced leveling to +1 (was +3)
Self-damage gets applied when breaking ice now

Overdrive
Base damage to -15 (was -20)

Spike Strip
Added duration leveling of 0.05 sec

Mine
Cost reduced to 2
Base damage reduced to 36 (was 40), damage leveling reduced to +2 (was +3)

Teleport
Added self-damage of 5
Speed is no longer preserved when teleporting in a corner. This makes timing of the power up to skip corners more difficult.

Reduced damage per second leveling to 0.5 (was 1)

D2E Converter
Increased energy per damage to 0.055 (was 0.05)

Orbital Strike
Removed speed factor effect (was 0.75)

Freeze Mine
Reduced cost to 2 (was 3), base duration reduced to 2.2 sec (was 3.2)

Mole
Increased duration leveling to +0.2 sec (was 0.1)

New power-up: Mole
- Causes the player car to drill under the track. For its duration, the car is impervious to all attacks, but the player will not be able to use power-ups and is slightly slower. The car will also deal damage with its drill bit as it resurfaces. All drones get destroyed when mole is activated.

New Racetrack: Dust Valley Reverse
-A reverse version of the 'Dust Valley' track has been added to the racetrack pool. This new racetrack has a completely new color scheme as well. Unlocked in League 6.

Balancing:
- Acceleration of the cars has been increased to 28.47m/s² (was 21.45) so races are faster overall.

Power-Up balancing:
- Grappling hook: speed of fired hook has been increased to 500 (was 300) so it attaches faster
- Patch: reduced base healing to 20 (was 25) and decreased heal leveling to +2 (was +3)
- Shock Wave: reduced leveling of range to +5 (was +10)
- Shock Emitter: reduced base damage per second to 6 (was 8)
- Flamethrower: increased base range to 120 (was 80), increased range leveling to +1 (was 0.5)
- D2E Converter: reduced energy recharge rate to 0.01 per damage (was 0.015)
- Ice Beam: slow down effect gets a lot stronger the longer the affected car is in the beam (up to 2 times as strong)

UI:
- Power up indicators show level of power up in race view

Bugfixes:
- objective button shows indicator without anything to collect
- shock wave deals damage to lifted cars
- background image is black
- ram doesn't deal damage on entering/exiting the repair lane

New power-up: Ice Beam
Casts a slow-down area of effect in front of the player car. The slow-down effect increases the longer a car is within the area of effect. Ice Beam also deals minimal damage.

Optional PvE:
Players can now opt-in to race against a bot after 10 seconds of waiting at the matchmaking screen.

Trophy Win/Loss:
In PvE (bot races), players can either win or lose 10 trophies.
For PvP races, the trophy win/loss range is between 15-45 trophies.

Matchmaking:
For players with less than 3500 trophies, matchmaking is restricted to players within 200 trophies.
For for players with more than 3500 trophies, they are matched with all players above in the 3500+ trophy range

Race Track Unlocks:
All 4 original racetracks are now unlocked at league 2

New Racetrack: New Port Reverse
A reverse version of the "New Port" track has been added to the racetrack pool. This new racetrack has a completely new color scheme as well. Unlocked in League 5.

Balancing:
HP leveling has been reworked. For players under level 6, HP increments +4 per level (was +5). For player at Level 6+, HP increments are reduced to +2

Epic Toolbox:
A new kind of toolbox can now be purchased in the shop. It only contains epic-rarity drops and replaces the gold toolbox. (This feature will be activated by the end of the week)

Translation Update
All languages have been updated and missing translations have been added

Bugfixes:
- Fixed preview for cloned sector boost
- Team Toolbox is now shown during event in team stream
- Orbital Strike no longer deals damage to ghosted car
- Bots now react to incoming Cluster Missiles
- Automated re-login when session time-out occurs
