Minor fix to open compliance records

New & Improvements:

1. The new "Document Manager" module and "Document Viewer" are introduced in iCAMP.
2. Checklist date field range standardized to give broad range for user selection(1950 - system date + 10 years).
3. Application is upgraded to comply with E4 setting to stop WO updates.
4. Checklist is improved to display the duplicate section titles.
5. iCAMP privileges setup time is reduced to 5 minutes to a logged in user.
Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed assigned tasks access from Alert Center.
2. Fixed logbook date fix upon discrepancy creation.

* Due List, Task/Parts, Ramp Check, Work Order and Basket: The enhanced ability to accurately calculate and display “Remaining” values for all the various units of measurement. Accumulated Life detailed information is introduced via “P” icon.

Flight Log
* Flight Log is introduced to capture Aircraft Times along with the Flight Details. Capability of review process (approval permission) for data accuracy.
* Flight Log History is introduced to access all the created flight logs along with its status.
