Known Limitations:
1. Receipt not yet printable
2. Cannot view created transaction
3. Layout built for iPad landscape
4. Appointments hidden from patient after starting an exam (must go back to patients list and select patient again)
5. Exam and interpretation form is saved as an image. Layout not optimised yet
6. login with PIN not numerical keyboard
7. Does not automatically add decimals in refraction
8. Some buttons in checkout not yet working as data is not yet available
