Improved sync options for contacts, click on settings icon in contact sync screen to select which fields are upsynced. Disabled swiping to move back/forwards as some customers found it cancelled changes they were making. Added navigation bar to allow selection of forwards/backwards. Minor bug fixes.

Ability to sync iOS calendar entries to iEnterprise CRM has been added. Click on settings and select the calendars you wish to sync. Activities are synced if the contact exists in iEnterprises CRM (matched on email).
