About i-Dev

i-Dev is an action learning based development journey delivered on a mobile device. It focuses on the completion of the 70% component of the 70-20-10 model of development, which is on-the-job learning. In this program the action learning part of the IDP is broken down into interesting actions delivered in a micro/byte size-format through the mobile app. These actions are tracked through the IDP tracker by the learner’s manager also via the Mobile App, ensuring high adherence to the program. i-Dev can be customized to a company’s competency framework or can complement the existing leadership training initiatives, workshops or e-learning programs (which largely focuses on the 10% of the 70-20-10 model).

1. Leaderboard on other content types- Until now, you could see leaderboards based on quizzes only. Now you can see the leaderboard based on lessons and activities as well. Access "Leaderboard" from Navigation drawer to view the new leaderboard.

2. Now you can check your last week's performance via "View last week's performance" card on the home screen.
