Fixes a bug where the calendar wouldn't load unless a league selection had been changed
Fixes a bug in the display of "falls" in speed qualification results

"pull-to-refresh" triggers a full (rather than partial) update of the calendar

Provides an integrated calendar for selectable (multiple) competition series. Links to competition rounds become selectable after the registration deadline for the competition has passed. Event data is loaded "on demand" rather than automatically.

Shows the OQS seeding as of date (i.e. how the Boulder&Lead CUWR would look if the 2023 season ended today) - access via the "step forward" icon, replacing the normal Cup icon.

Minor bug fixes

Adds access to athlete profiles

Fixes a bug affecting the display of the combined boulder+lead rankings (world and cup). Rankings, total points and counting points from the last eight competitions are now displayed (competitions where no points were awarded or which do not count are shown as blank (and alternative display is a work in progress)

Update available league to show results for for Mayenne (Laval)

Adds the combined Boulder+Lead format to the calendar, CUWR ranking, WC Ranking and event results

Fixes a crash where the qualification round of a lead competition has only one route rather than two (looking at you World Games)

- For Lead, show time in the semifinal only where relevant to a competitor's score
- Show which competitors are "active".

Fixes a bug where missing data in the results response would cause the application to crash (e.g. Arco - Men Semifinal)

Combined results and start lists to show all climbers in a round, rather than only those en-cours or finished.
