Burning calories not only occurs from visiting the gym but also from simple day to day routine such as housework, gardening or shopping etc. With iGymWorkout you are able to keep track of these activities and the amount of calories that are burnt.

Why be limited to tracking just cardio and weightlifting, what if you decide you want to track something else? Like the calories burnt while doing the gardening, or washing up or even while watching the television? Well then iGymWorkout is the app for you!

iGymWorkout is a unique app in that it allows you to easily record and track the calories burnt from your “every day” tasks. Our library already contains a wide variety of everyday tasks from which you can choose from. Or if you don’t find anything in the library simply add your own.

iGymWorkout provides an graphical representation of the activities completed, time spent and calories burnt. You can then keep track of the calories burnt over a period of time, daily, weekly or monthly. You can even track calories burnt per minute.

A key feature of iGymWorkout is the ability to quickly and easily record and track your weights, cardio workout and practically any other activities, from our library.

iGymWorkout allows users to set personal targets and goals, then allowing the user to keep track of their performance against their targets
