Il Museo Civico Archeologico del Pulo di Molfetta è ospitato nella pregevole Casina Cappellutti, edificio cinquecentesco oggetto di un laborioso intervento di restauro sulla struttura e sui giardini, con una operazione volta a comunicare, secondo criteri moderni, contenitore e contenuto. Il museo rende fruibili alla collettività i reperti provenienti dagli scavi archeologici effettuati dal 1997 nel villaggio neolitico di Fondo Azzollini e nel sito archeologico del Pulo dalla Soprintendenza per i Beni Archeologici della Puglia, sotto la direzione scientifica della dott.ssa Francesca Radina.
