Infor Expense Management is built and designed for the way you work. This mobile application allows you to create, manage, and approve your expense reports and timesheets from anywhere at any time!
With XM’s mobile app, kiss paper receipts goodbye! Use the native camera and camera roll to seamlessly upload your receipts to the appropriate expense report.
Additionally, being on the road doesn’t mean you do not have to entire your time in the XM Timesheets system. This app is also equipped for entitled Timesheets users and gives you all of the powerful functionality you need to keep track of and manage this valuable information.
**Please note that this app is a companion to Infor Expense Management solutions for users leveraging versions 8.3.4 and higher**

The Mobile Expense Reports and the Mobile Timesheets applications have been redesigned with input from customers and Infor's design firm, Infor Hook and Loop. The application is much improved, easier to use, and more intuitive. Requires Infor XM 10.1 release or later.
The update also includes the below new features –
1. Single Sign-on supports ION API authentication.
2. Embedded Google Maps™ mapping service functionality for mileage calculation
3. Quick expense removed from Settings (Quick expense has been re-designed and renamed to Unattached Expense in XM 10.1 release).
4. Set URL by scanning QR code (both plain URL and QR code from Mingle ION configuration are supported).
5. Warning message will be displayed if user rejects Camera/Photos permission.
6. Support for SAML2 Single Sign On
7. Support for Open Authorization (OAUTH)

1. Returns to login screen when occasionally uploading receipts.
2. Crashes when access Gallery if it contains thousands of photos.
