A small number of InformaCast app for iOS users reported that the Body contents of their notifications were sporadically truncated when those notifications contained more than two lines of text. The InformaCast app was updated to resolve the truncation, and notifications now display as expected.
A logic error was causing the InformaCast app to hang for users who initiated a panic button scenario from their mobile devices without enabling location services. The scenario itself still successfully initiated. The error has been corrected, and the app no longer hangs.
Callback numbers, which could previously only be added or edited, can now be deleted through Self Service on mobile devices. Callback numbers are the number you provide for emergency services to call if a panic button scenario’s resulting emergency call can’t be routed appropriately.

Some Message Templates Not Allowing Recorded Audio at Send Time from Mobile Devices. A flaw in the logic for determining whether the Audio area of a message template was marked as Customizable led to pre-14.7.1 message templates preventing users from recording audio at send time from their mobile devices, even if the message templates were correctly configured to allow it. The logic flaw has been addressed, and recording audio at send time now works as designed.
