Diese App richtet sich an Patienten, die eine Verletzung der Beuge- oder Strecksehnen an der Hand haben. Sie darf angewendet werden bei:

* Einer Beugesehnenverletzung am Daumen und an den Langfingern in den Zonen I - III mit einer Nachbehandlung nach Schema CAM grün (Controlled Active Motion).

* Einer Strecksehnenverletzung:
- am Daumen und an den Langfingern in den Zonen I + II.
- an den Langfingern in den Zonen III + IV mit einer Nachbehandlung nach Schema SAM (Short Arc Motion).
- an den Langfingern in den Zonen V - VII mit einer Nachbehandlung nach Schema Joch.

Die App soll Sie in der Rehabilitation der Hand unterstützen und fordert Sie regelmässig auf Ihre Übungen durchzuführen, um eine möglichst gut funktionierende Hand zu erlangen.
