Established in 2014 by Sherry Kresky, Inspired by Fitness focuses on providing fun, positive and inspiring services that help break down the barriers to fitness.
The private setting of the studio creates a welcoming and comfortable setting for all to enjoy. With no memberships required, highly qualified instructors and a uniqueness of its own, Inspired by Fitness encourages you to come out and join us for one of our inspiring classes and/or engage in our private personal training sessions.
Inspired by Fitness also provides various workshops, programs, events, nutritional guidance, fitness consulting services, online fitness programs, customer referral promotions and an in-studio shop to meet all of your fitness needs to help you look and feel your best!
Most importantly, Inspired by Fitness seeks to distinguish itself by providing an environment where members and employees alike can spark a camaraderie where they will celebrate their achievements and overcome struggles.
