There are no monthly subscriptions. There is a one time in-app purchase to enable sharing across devices and one for multiple journals.

Effortless geo-tagging of where each entry/photo is taken.

Last, but not least of all is a MacOS desktop version of the app which will sync with your iOS devices.

For $2.99 you can buy the ability to create an unlimited number of journals. So if you want one for business notes and one for exercising and one for your personal thoughts, you can do it and have them all readily available to you.
For $4.99 you can buy the ability to synchronize your entries with all of your iOS devices. So you create an entry on one device, it will show up on all of them.
