All effective training must be individually designed. It must contain specific drills chosen for precisely your needs and your capabilities. The drills must also be combined and put in a context that matches your individual preferences, skills, temperament, physical and mental stamina and learning style.
Some people can hit hundreds of balls in a session with full focus, other must switch every minute to keep sharp. Some needs to practice fundamentals, other to control their ball flight. A third needs must of all to train on transferring their game to the course, a fourth needs better distance control on the greens.

How to use:
Identify what you need to train on and how you should train (long sessions, short sessions, many switches between drills or few, and so on). This you must decide, preferably with your pro, before using the app in order to get the best use out of it. When you know this do the following:
Step 1: add drills that you have chosen specifically for you
Step 2: combine drills into a session that’s matches your preferences
Step 3: start the session and do the drills
Step 4: report results and do next drill
