Important note:
iOS devices tend to uninstall apps due to lack of use, when it is not apparent that the app has actually been deleted. In order to ensure receiving alerts, please make sure to prevent automatic removal according to the following guidelines:
1. Go to Settings and select "iTunes Store and App Store".
2. At the bottom of the menu that opens, find the "Offload Unused Apps" option and make sure it is turned off.

As of now, alerts and life-saving guidelines, will be received as "critical alerts", which will also be pushed if the mobile device is on silent mode or on "Focus" mode (such as "do not disturb").
Important note:
iOS devices tend to actively offload an application when not in use, when it is not evident that the app was in fact erased. To make sure you receive alerts, prevent the automatic offload of unused apps in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. Go to Settings and select "iTunes Store and App Store”.

Vibration of 10 seconds - A special solution for the deaf and hard-of-hearing allows you to receive an alert based on location using a vibration of 10 seconds.
