It's Up 2 Me

It’s Up 2 Me is a tool that builds life skills for individuals to promote a healthy household environment and increases social participation. This App provides a centralised resource of service links, information, and step-by-step guides, Task Cards, Action Plans and other tools.

There are a number of modules which include Tenancy, Budget, Wellbeing, Employment, Cooking and Cleaning.

It’s Up 2 Me provides users with the opportunity to build skills to become better connected with our community, have the opportunity to make real choices and participate in community activities, improving users wellbeing.
