IWA-connect

Create an event in the calendar in the mobile app. Previously, this was only possible for desktop users.
Download an image from a 1-on 1 or group chat. This way, you can save shared images to your device. Please note that your organization must have this set up for your platform.
Fixed some bugs.

- Unsent chat messages are automatically saved. This feature allows you to leave the Place App without retyping your message.
- Profile pictures are visible again in 1-on-1 conversations in the chat. This way, you can clearly see with whom you are chatting in the mobile app.
- Bug fix: users can download documents again that have been sent via chat.
- Up-to-date indication on your timeline. You know which new messages you have not yet read after your last visit with this indication.

A notification of a comment or @mention immediately leads you to the specific comment.
Don't miss any programs from now on! You get a notification if a program is open that you still need to complete.
Don't forget to turn off your 'out of office’ status. A reminder will appear on your mobile to change your status from now on.
We made the mobile version more similar to the desktop version.
We implemented various bug fixes.

-See which other users liked a post or comment.
-The header image of infopage is now visible after opening the page.
-We created a new overview for sub-groups. All sub-groups are nicely folded below the maingroup and can be shown or hidden by tapping it.

- Featured images now require a 16:9 aspect ratio. This ensures that images are no longer cropped.
- Share images directly from other apps. You can use these files directly in a new group or channel message.
- Several improvements to forms.
- Calendar now includes tabs for improved navigation
- Fixed an issue when setting up Out of Office.

- Enable holiday mode using the mobile app.
- Attachments to the information pages are shown at the bottom of each page.
- Possibility to set email notifications within the mobile app.
- Resolved several issues.

- Set notifications via a separate tab within the settings.
- Set mail and push notifications per group or channel when you choose options (…) within a group or channel
- Change password within the app, unless you log in using Single-Sign-On.
- Profile fields synchronise better between app and desktop.
- An @mention notification leads to the right comment.
- Group notification redirects to the group.
- Attached audio files are now visible in posts.

- Using breadcrumbs, you can easily navigate within information pages.
- Possibility to load/save favorite groups via the app.
- Fixed an issue where messages written on the app disappear.
- Fixed an issue where featured posts did not display correctly.
- Overview of chats/groups/channels refreshes automatically again.
- After logging in, you will return to the app instead of the mobile browser.

- Email notifications will open the specific message in the Plek app.
- Tapping phone numbers in profiles leads directly to the phone application.
- Answering 'not applicable' for non-obligatory form questions no longer results in an error message.

Chat is now called Messages and has a new design. In this screen you can see the messages from users, groups and channels and use the filters for searching.
You can now read all the messages from a channel in its timeline.
The Notifications button was moved from the bottom menu to the top-left corner.
You will see a "new" badge next to the group name in the Messages screen.
Notifications in the group chat are bundled. Click on "view more" for details.
Push notification takes you to the post.

- Lessons: users can now rate lessons and add comments
- Video calls: the app supports Jitsi/Welkom video call links if enabled for your Plek
- Program manager: welcome screen with programs is back after bug fix
- General bug fixes

What’s new in March?


Profiles: A new label has been added to search results in profile pages. Now you will be able to quickly find external colleagues.
Darkmode: There were issues with the search function visibility in Android, IOS. This has been fixed.
Groups: we have improved the group tabs visibility.
Forms: we have added support for scale fields in our forms.
Chat: Problems with loading messages have been resolved. Info pages are visible again in shared messages.

Information people tab
We made it easier to find colleagues! Previously only first- and last names were visible in the people tab. As of now you will be able to see extra information such as a job title.
Photos in comments
There were some issues with displaying photos in the comments below a post. We fixed it!

Login issues with the app have been fixed
New tab
We have added a new document tab in a group. With this tab, you will have access to your uploaded documents in groups and you will be able to see your most recent downloads. Just like the desktop.
Chat
Send the wrong chat message? Don’t worry, as of now you can delete your own ones.
