JCB LiveLink

JCB LiveLink users can now navigate the app in their preferred language. This update introduces support for eight languages, with more to be added in the future:
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Italian
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Latin American Spanish
- Polish
- Ukrainian
The app will automatically use the device language (if supported). To manually switch languages, simply navigate to Profile screen and select your preferred language.

• Support cases - Enhanced filtering to enable easier searching of cases.

• Map upgrade - View your current location in all map views to easily see which machines are close to you, easily get directions to a specific machine and see where you are relative to a geofence.

• Bug fixes, security updates and performance improvements.

• Live location sharing - Generate and share a link with others that provide access to your machine’s live location.

• View which machines are currently within a Geofence.

• Document expiry notifications - Receive notifications (configurable within notification settings) when a document is soon to expire so you can ensure all your machines have up-to-date documentation.

• Bug fixes and security updates.

With this release, we have made some background improvements to the LiveLink authentication system, this will allow us to continue keeping your fleet safe and secure.

The new login screen will look slightly different but you can continue using your existing username and password.

• Complete your daily checks using the Operator App and you can access your results directly in JCB LiveLink.

• A redesign and performance improvements for Support makes it easier to find important information for each case

• View any schedules that have been defined for your geofence for a greater understanding of your security notifications.

• When raising a case, you can now view all other open cases that exist for the relevant asset, preventing you from creating unnecessary duplicates.

• The name of the dealer initiating a case transfer is now available within the history of a case.

• A new tablet design for geofences makes it easier to see all your information on a larger screen.

Additional case status was added within the LiveLink Support feature to reflect cases awaiting transfer to another dealer.
