Book, manage, and track meeting rooms and office spaces with the Joan mobile app ‒ the perfect addition to your Joan solutions.

To use the app you will need:
- A Joan device
- A Joan Portal account
- An active or trial subscription to one of Joan’s plans

To sign into the Joan app visit the Joan Portal (https://portal.getjoan.com) and send an invite to your team. This will connect your smartphone to your Joan, Joan on displays and Joan on tablets devices.

- Check into meetings or book on the spot.
- Devices display your name when booking on the spot.
- Get notifications and reminders for meeting start/end times.
