They say ‘New Year, New You’ right? Well, we are taking that to heart at joi! We've detoxed, dieted* and resolved to bring you some brand new updates to make your joi experience even more, well, joiful!
- 2016 was pretty stressful so we wanted to make things as easy as possible in 2017 so you can now reach joi for free on a number you won’t forget. If you need a hand with your gift, be it choccies or toy, panic not, call 800-JOI.
- It is definitely worth making sure you are extra safe this year, so we added 3D authentication to our payment process. Your gift-giving is now more secure than Hillary Clinton’s email servers.
- Beady-eyed customers might have noticed that we have a brand new joi Assistant icon. This gorgeous lady is smart, sleek and ready to serve. She will help you find the ideal gift, no matter who you are buying for (yes, even for your annoying colleague who likes to return everything!)
- We’ve laid the foundation for our exclusive range of Valentine’s Day products so that you can find the perfect gift for the object of your affection in seconds. You’ll be able to find it within the app in the next few days!
- We’ve also had a good sweep around, clearing out the cobwebs (and bad juju) of 2016, and done a bunch of bug fixes and improvements, including support for iOS 10. Our fairy lights might be down, but we are all switched on at joi!
