Construction Simulator 2とConstruction Simulator 2014に続く新シリーズで、のどかなヨーロッパの町を探索しよう。本シリーズに登場する有名メーカーから正式に認可を受けた車両は、Caterpillar、 Liebherr、 CASE、 Bobcat、 Palfinger、 STILL、 MAN、 ATLAS、 Bell、 BOMAG、 WIRTGEN GmbH、 JOSEPH VÖGELE AG、 HAMM AGそしてMEILLER Kipper。やりがいのある様々な契約を引き受けよう。道路と家を建設・修繕しよう。街の輪郭を形作り、保有車両を拡大させよう。全く新しい地図を探索し、成長する会社と共に新規契約や車両をアンロックしよう。
