The latest update of the PeopleCert Partner app introduces the brand-new role of Chief Invigilator!
The new role enables functionality to invite candidates to register for an exam, upload answer sheets for normal marking and close an exam. Please note this role is only applicable for LanguageCert exams.
Additionally, the Advanced Test Centre Manager has also been enhanced and is now able to:
- View eligible candidates
- Upload answer sheets and/or close exam on behalf of Invigilator

Invigilators can now register a candidate to paper-based exams after the exam has started.
Invigilators can now view the candidate registration number in the candidates’ list of paper-based exams.
All roles can now see the tracking number of certificate shipping in the exam details (for UPS and land mail delivery, when the recipient is a Test Centre or Venue).
