About POGO Turf Pro
Used for golf and sport turf management, this app is a data acquisition tool that displays measurements, analytics, and assessments of turf/soil moisture, salinity and temperature variables via a wireless connection to the POGO’s Hydra Probe sensor. Such measurements are emailed by the app in a .CSV file and/or upload to the POGO Turf Pro cloud-based analytical and mapping system for in-depth turf insight and analysis.

- POGO Turf Pro automatically identifies whether an integrated GPS POGO or a non-integrated GPS POGO is being used and utilizes the available GPS positioning for samples, cup placements, zone boundaries, location positions, and specification ‘SPEC’ locations
- Syncing with an active POGO Turf Pro cloud analytics account is now available so that changes in the app are sync’d to the customer’s cloud account and changes to the cloud account are sync’d to the app. This allows for backing up of course setup and data as well as the sharing of setup across multiple devices to keep them in sync at all times.
- The addition of two custom fields are available in the SPEC feature for logging any customer chosen numerical value
- The warning setting feature is enhanced to allow for assigning warning settings to a single zone, specific zones or all zones
- The addition of warning indicators on the Sample page include colors of sampled values to match the warning scale and a bar meter to indicate where the sample reading lies in relation to the customer chosen warnings, or desired ranges
- The user has the ability to add a new data set anytime from within the Sample screen and current zone

New ‘Spec’ feature allows users to log Ball Speed, Firmness, and Slope.
Users now have the ability to log common daily variables including ball speed, firmness and slope. Once saved, these variables become part of the property’s POGO Turf Pro database, specific to the zone and location where the information was logged (i.e. 07 Green). This information can be compared to conditions over time using the POGO Turf Pro cloud mapping and analytics system to further utilize the POGO to find consistency in conditioning from day to day, throughout the season and from year to year. This feature is the first of several designed to allow the user to utilize the POGO platform for several of the key maintenance operations that take place on a golf course or turfgrass operation.

- Added features for uploading data to the POGO Turfpro cloud analytical system. Allows for simultaneous POGO use and uploading capabilities (using combined Wi Fi and Cellular radios). For non-cellular devices (such as the iPod Touch), the app features seamless upload capabilities using Wi Fi connectivity whenever a network is available.

For example, take measurements on the same green in the morning and again in the afternoon, and the POGO will summarize each data set separately from each other.
