Juma Fit

Juma is a state of the art treadmill studio for walkers, joggers, and runners located in Tenafly, NJ just across the GW bridge from NYC. We offer high-intensity interval-based fitness classes and are the only treadmill studio created by athletes for everyone. Walk, jog, run or train for a marathon, our mentors meet you where you are at.

We created Juma to be a place that you want to come to. Our classes are scheduled online, we have Woodway treadmills center facing for a shared experience, inspiring mentors with awesome playlists, immersive lighting art to soothe and stir, custom interval training screen, and diligently tested 3 part interval workout that is results-oriented yet fun no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
To make your walking, jogging or running experience even better we also offer a separate schedule of small group training, a more personal class to promote muscle endurance.

Juma is a community of like-minded people getting a great workout and being their best self. We believe in giving back to those that have inspired us: they are countless tribes and people groups around the world that have to walk or run miles to find a source of water. Each class taken at Juma will donate $1 to charity: water, a non-profit, dedicated to making access to fresh water a little easier.
