Better question reporting
We’ve redesigned the reporting tool in the mobile app. You’ll see new options to help resolve your issue when you click the report question icon and select Report to Category Moderator. Just tap one of the options listed and the Category Moderators will be able to process your issue more quickly and accurately. There’s also a space to add your own comment or description if you need.

We have implemented a more secure approach to ensure the safety of our Experts and reduce the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive information. Our team has thoroughly tested this new system to ensure its effectiveness and reliability.
Bug fixes
- Unread questions are now properly displayed as unread in the questions list, improving the overall user experience.
