2.2
2017-11-11
WARNING: Version 2.2 only supports new KartTracker devices from November 2017 onwards with the instant connection protocol (= much faster data transfer)!
The original (early) version of KartTracker Timer needs a firmware update before you install this App update.
Contact us if you need help upgrading or to replace your device with a newer version.
Version 2.1 fixed some bugs in 2.0:
* automatic reconnect when app goes to background
* "Connected" indication didn't show for freshly paired KartTracker timers. It does now!
* screensaver timeout disable when using the app (since you don't press any buttons while using Automatic Timing)
Version 2.0:
KartTracker (formerly Track LapTimer) now includes support for KartTracker timer, available for purchase on our website. KartTracker timer is a small module which you attach to the floor pan of your kart to get accurate track side timing. You can wirelessly time up to four drivers with 0.001s precision while standing next to the race track. No 3G or Wifi required!

Here it is! You can now time 4 (yes, four!) drivers at the same time.
And here's a list of the changes:
1. A darker shade of blue, for enhanced contrast and better readability in sunlight.
2. The scrollable result list is now blazingly fast, even after you've timed hundreds of laps.
3. If you liked the old version with the two big buttons better, simply hit "1...4" and switch to a 1, 2, 3, or 4 button view.
4. Did we mention 4? Yes, four fabulous big buttons to time up to four drivers at the same time. Four. ... 4
5. More pleasant surprises are coming soon. Send us feedback. You won't regret it!
May the speed with you!

Heya, folks. We've got some news for you:
1. Blue is our new color. No more green, except for the (second) fastest lap.
2. You can see ALL your recorded laps in a scrollable list (previously you saw the last 10 laps only)
3. The fastest lap time of the fastest driver is colored purple (just like the real thing!)
4. In front of each recorded lap time, you can see the lap number (it's a tiny font, we know)
5. In case you were wondering how to reset to zero: so were we! We forgot that feature, but now it's here: a long press on the stop button does the trick.
6. New layout for better readability, with a bigger fastest lap and last lap (which is what you really want to know anyway)
7. More to come soon! Keep sending feedback to us.
May the speed with you!
