Improved Name Display in Review Requests

We noticed that some of you were experiencing issues with missing first and last names in review requests on our mobile app. Specifically, the placeholder {{FIRST_NAME}} wasn't displaying the contact's name as it should. We've fixed this glitch! Now, when you send or receive a review request, the contact’s name will appear correctly, ensuring a more personalized and clear communication.
Updated Visibility of 'Send via Text' Button

In our continuous effort to streamline user experience across all devices, we've made an important update regarding the 'Send via Text' feature. Previously, the visibility of this button was controlled by a feature flag that only applied to desktop versions. We've extended this functionality to our mobile app as well. Now, whether you're on desktop or mobile, the visibility of the 'Send via Text' button will be consistent, based on your settings.
