- added forgot password option in Login

Enhancements:
- centered profile photo in profile photo settings.
- added html-entities to decode html entities in job posts and company views.
- added titles to Course Videos
- added more appropriate nav-titles to many components so nav-titles don't repeat page titles and don't overflow if title is too long.
- 'Sign Up' button when creating a new account is now disabled while waiting for the server response, and then reenabled if there is an edit to any text box after receiving an error

Bug Fixes:
- Disabled back-swipe gesture from Authentication screen
- fixed a bug where logout would just spin forever.
- delete account now takes you back to the login screen after success.
- nav back button now works as intended in courses, jobs, and careers.
- fixed a bug where verification code would auto-fill with email values on IOS
