This is a simple app for folks trying a Ketogenic diet. Simply input the nutritional information off a products Nutrition Label and see where its percentages of Calories from FAT, PROTEIN, and CARBOHYDRATE are as well as it's Ketogenic Ratio

This is a great way to see how your total meal weighs in.
Simple create a new meal. "Add Food' and search for a database (Nutritionix) for the food you are considering for that meal.
1 cup of asparagus
2 TBSP of Olive Oil and see at a glance what your Total Grams are, your Ketogenic ratio as well as your percentages from Calories.

If you want to see at a glance what your total meals adds up to. Simply check mark the meals you had that day and at a glance see your Grams totals, Calorie totals, Ketogenic Ration, and your Percentages from Calories.
