Diabetes and other lifestyle diseases like heart disease, hypertension, cancers, obesity and increased stress are fast becoming the most important health issues in the society of Kerala. Knowdiabetes.tv, the first Online health video channel in Malayalam language presents in-depth and authentic information about diabetes and lifestyle diseases, their causes, methods of prevention, symptoms, complications, management and treatment, social effects etc. Themes like lifestyle modification, diet control, recipes, exercises, yoga, tests to monitor diabetes, relationship between diabetes and other lifestyle diseases, insulin treatment, bariatric surgery, etc. are also discussed. The videos include talks by doctors, discussions, cookery shows, fiction and music videos.
