【使用场景】
1.早晨起床闹钟,通过行走预定的步数来关闭响铃,唤醒身心,不再后悔睡过头。
2.工作中可作为番茄钟使用,在背景音乐的陪伴下专注解决问题,在计时结束时起身行走,缓解久坐带来的不适。
3.午间小憩或者夜晚休息时可作为背景音乐播放器,恢复意志力。

【特色】
1.只能通过行走(借助手机计步器功能)来关闭闹钟。如果未达到预定的步数就停止行走,计时器会在一段时间内恢复到响铃状态。
2.多种背景音乐和自然白噪声可供选择,包括iOS 10原生时钟app中【就寝】功能的音乐,以及海浪、篝火、水滴等等自然音效。
