TouchID is here!!! By popular demand. TouchID works with an existing feature called “Extended Authentication”. Your employer needs to enable this feature for you to use TouchID, so give them a shout. If they need help, have them contact WorkforceMobile@Kronos.com.
Partial Timecard Approval – Managers. Partial Timecard Approval allows a manager to approve a portion of the pay period: a day, a week, etc. We expanded the available custom data ranges, adding “Today” and “Yesterday” to “current & previous pay period”. Managers, like employees, can also swipe on a day to expose a quick actions menu.
Employee Schedule Acceptance – If configured to do so, employees can attest that they have seen and accepted their schedule.
Mobile Badge entry – Do you use a badge to clock in at a Kronos InTouch terminal? Do you sometimes forget that badge? With Mobile Badge Entry, your mobile app can double as your badge. Check out the Demo to see how it will work.

Manage Requests - Managers can now be set up to receive notifications and act on schedule-related employee requests.
Employees can now request to work a Global Open shift, in addition to the other schedule-related request types. This allows employees to request particular segment of an open shift instead of the entire shift length.
URL Scheme - Kronos Mobile app can now be accessed from an external link. This provides the ability to post a URL where the user will be brought to the app or brought to the app store if Kronos Mobile is not installed on the device.
