About KYP Project
The KYP app complements our web application and allows you to easily have instant insight into the status of all your projects and/or tasks in KYP.
The KYP app brings planning to everyone on the construction site, but also brings progress to planning.
For Site Manager:
With the KYP Project app, you keep a grip on your project planning even when you are not in the shed or in the office.
- Look ahead more than six weeks
- Insight into your own tasks and lagging tasks
- Communicate progress via the app
- Always all info in your pocket
For project partners:
From now on, you will always have the latest version of the schedule in your pocket. And have you finished your work on site? Then simply tick off in the app and keep your Site Manager informed of your progress.

We hebben nog een verlaten paasei gevonden met een hele leuke verrassing erin! Het is nu mogelijk om de planning ook te zien in de app. Naast deze nieuwe feature hebben we gewerkt aan wat kleine bugs voor optimaal gebruik!

Met de nieuwe versie van de KYP app kunt u:
- Uitnodigingen accepteren
- Notificaties bevestigen
- Gereed melden
- Berichten sturen en ontvangen
- Documenten inzien
Al deze functies zijn via de KYP-app ter beschikking voor alle partijen die aan een project gekoppeld zijn, dus zowel de uitvoerende partijen als de leveranciers. Hoe eenvoudig is het nu voor een stukadoor om de dagtaak gereed te melden?
De projectmanager heeft naast deze functie ook nog de mogelijkheid om de controlelijsten te accepteren en controlepunten te registreren (inclusief foto). Ook kan de projectmanager elke taak openen en alle informatie inzien.
De KYP-app communiceert direct met de projectplanning, waardoor alle wijzigingen real-time verwerkt worden in de projectplanning in KYP. De planning is nu nog toegankelijker op de bouwplaats en de informatie in de bouwkeet wordt veel actueler door het gebruik van de KYP-app.
