Leadermaker

Newsafe's Leadermaker app is a gamified leadership development and certification tool designed to measure, track and encourage the spread of Keystone Leadership Behaviors (KLBs) throughout a given workplace, helping companies to improve leadership impact across all their organizational levels.

Leadermaker prompts participants with daily and weekly incentivized 'nudges' to carry out particular KLBs identified as the most impactful for that workplace. Leadermaker is designed to engage managers, supervisors and workers and turn leadership behaviors into leadership habits.
