VOLLEYBALL — REAL-WORLD TOURNAMENTS
Run real-court volleyball tournaments with manual scoring. No in-app gameplay — just create teams, schedule matches, and enter set scores as games happen. The bracket auto-advances when scores are reported.

• Best-of-3 or Best-of-5 sets, picked per tournament
• Target points per set: 15 / 18 / 21 / 25 — or override on a specific match (e.g. a decider set to 15)
• Per-team rosters — manage your players on each team, no size cap, manager-only edits
• Manager PIN protects schedule changes, score edits, and target overrides — same gating as the rest of the tournament

PER-MATCH SCHEDULING
Set a date and start time on individual matches so players know when to show up. Scheduled times appear as a compact calendar chip in the bracket view and on the match detail screen.

CONFIGURABLE SEMIFINAL PAIRING
Choose how the knockout round is seeded from your pools:
• Cross-bracket (standard) — Pool A #1 vs Pool B #2, Pool A #2 vs Pool B #1. Top seeds are protected from meeting before the final.
• Same-pool — Pool A's top 2 play each other, Pool B's top 2 play each other. Pool winners are guaranteed to meet in the final.

VISUAL POLISH
• Refreshed accent color across the app — emerald green replaces yellow for better legibility in both light and dark mode.
• Winner teams now show a checkmark badge with a larger, heavier name — instantly clear who advanced.
• New "Knockout locked" explainer panel tells you exactly why the next round hasn't appeared yet ("3 of 12 pool matches still pending — Top 2 from each pool will advance").

BUG FIX
• Deleting an archived tournament now actually deletes it. Previously the PIN prompt appeared but the deletion silently no-op'd.

PENTACTOE — INNER & OUTER CIRCLE BONUS
New optional scoring rule: earn bonus points by owning the
4 inner grid centers (+4) and the 4 board corners (+4). Own
the board center too and pick up a bonus +1. Rings animate
onto the board when claimed — a visual reward for controlling
key zones. Toggle on from the game setup screen.

UI POLISH
• Chess pieces are larger and bolder — easier to read at a glance
• Capture targets now show a scissors badge on the threat ring
so attacks are unmistakable

NEW: SHARE YOUR REPLAY
Finish a PenTacToe game and tap Share Replay to get a 20-second video of your match — intro card, every move at watchable pace, winner outro, all branded. Send it through iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, X, or any app that accepts a video. Prefer to post manually? Save to Photos instead.
POST-GAME ANALYSIS
Step through every move of your last game with AI-generated commentary — center plays, defensive blocks, fork setups, scoring moves, long-triangle patterns. Slider, Previous, Next, or jump-to-start/end. Re-open it any time from the status bar after the win popup is dismissed.
SCORE BADGES + FOCUS MODE
Cells that completed a triple now show a small directional badge — a horizontal line, vertical line, "/", "\", or a star for the long-triangle patterns. Tap a badge and the rest of the board dims and blurs; only the cells and win line of that triple stay sharp, and the line replays itself. A pulsing gold ring marks the cell that earned the score.
BONUS DIAGONALS (Long Tic-Tac-Toe)
New optional rule: completing one of the two long diagonals through the center scores +2 points instead of +1. Toggle it on in Game Setup under Long Tic-Tac-Toe. AI fully understands the new scoring and defends accordingly.
LIVE RULE INDICATORS
Active rule variants ("Long TTT", "Center locked") now show as small chips above the board so you always know what variant you're playing — no more surprises mid-game when playing vs Computer.
DRAGON RECALIBRATED
Dragon now also requires "Computer plays first" to be on and "Bonus diagonals" to be off — it's tuned for the default scoring with the AI opening. The lock messaging tells you exactly which condition isn't met.
LONG-TRIPLE ARCS EVERYWHERE
Win lines for long-Tic-Tac-Toe triangles now use the same Bezier arc in the post-game analysis and the shared replay videos that you see during play — visually consistent across the live game, the replay step-through, and the share clips.
Plus dozens of polish touches: smoother win-line animations, brighter "Win" badge in BrainTaire, cleaner replay loader UI, and color-corrected video frames.
