Lia is a smart posture device combined with mobile app that is dedicated to improve the posture. Lia consists of software (mobile application) and hardware (wearable device).
The work of Lia is simple: when you slouch or have your shoulders in an incorrect position, the device gently vibrates and you get a notification on the smartphone to correct your posture. Lia device is to train your muscles so that you gain a habit of good posture.
In the Lia application, you will be able to track the progress, set up daily goals and analyze the weekly or yearly statistics. Special algorithm defines upright and slouch positions, while you set up calibration. One of the main features of the device is to assist a better posture without making you depend on the device.
