About Lifting Log - Weight Training
This is quite simply the cleanest and easiest workout tracker to use available on the App Store. It does what you need without adding a bunch of stuff you don't need. This the app you get when someone who spends a lot of time in the gym makes an app.
Simple, yet powerful. Check out some of the features:
*Track weight training sessions (exercises/sets/reps/weights/time)
*Graph your weekly volume, intensity, workouts per week, work/time ratio, 1RMs, volume by muscle groups, and more.
*Record your body weight, body fat, and other body measurements (chest, waist, arms, etc.) over time.
*Visualize your results with a progress photo album
You're going to find that tracking the time you spend doing every exercise is really going to make you help. More lifting, less chatting!
Lift Log also uses Apple’s Health app to read heart rate data so you can monitor your recovery between sets.
The Basic App Plan is available for $5.99/month.
You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
