For full use of Lifting Log you must subscribe to an auto-renewable subscription. This allows us to expand our offering of exercises as well as programs and workouts over time to better service you the customer as opposed to letting the app stagnate. This app offers plenty of functionality if you do not want to subscribe, you are free to create a limited number of programs and workouts, and you may record as many workout sessions as you like!

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Hi all!

First, thanks to everyone for all of your feedback and comments. We have been working hard to fix bugs and your feedback has been extremely helpful to us. Please continue to leave reviews - we are reading them!

Second, as you may of noticed, we are also releasing more frequent updates. We want to make sure we get fixes out to everyone as fast as possible. Reading your reviews doesn’t do us much good if we don’t ship our fixes!
