1.Your favorite light setting can now be switched on via your light switch at home:
The default setting can now be set individually for every LIGHTIFY lamp and luminaire.
LIGHTIFY products will switch on again with this default setting after they have been disconnected from power. Dim-level (7% - 100%) as well as Color or Tunable White can be customized and saved as default setting.
2.Scenes functionality renewed and improved
Fast, responsive and optimized toggling of Scenes.
3.New and improved Update functionality of devices with real-time status bar:
Update status is specifically shown for every single LIGHTIFY device. A progress bar provides a better overview on the update progress. Updates can also be stopped and resumed.
4.New Functions and other improvements:
> All Lights can be switched on and off together via the LIGHTIFY icon button on top of the Homescreen.
> Timer can now be also set to end beyond midnight.
> LIGHTIFY Password can both be hidden or shown in plain text.
> User Interface improvements (e.g. status icon for Cloud connection including description of connection status).

To be noted:
This LIGHTIFY App Update to version 1.2 will not work with older Gateway software versions and requires an update of the LIGHTIFY Gateway to version 1.1.2.51 (for „Gateway WiFi“) as well as 1.2.0.52 (for „Gateway ZigBee“).
Due to the substantial renewal of the Scenes functionality, a one-time recreation of the saved Scenes is therefore necessary.
If the lamps or luminaires are to receive a customized default setting, which is activated via normal light switch , then they must be updated to version 01020314.
The available software versions of Gateway and Lights will be shown in the App under Settings -> System Update.
