• Easily view and select standard jobs to create new tasks for the check-in.
• Enter RO notes, take photos, and capture the customer’s signature.
• Select any customers already listed on the EVO service scheduler to create new check-in.
• If you get interrupted during the check-in process, you can save your work, start a new check-in and come back later to finish the original check-in.
• Once the check-in is complete, you can create an estimate that will save to the LightspeedEVO DMS program.
• Look up customer records, view address, phone and contact info.
• Look up parts inventory information; view descriptions, available quantities, location, and date information.
• View outstanding deals and quotes from your hosted LightspeedEVO system.
• Create, view and edit a Mobile Quote that lets you quickly initiate a transaction with a customer by entering the customer, a unit and a few pricing fields to get a monthly payment.
• When a new Mobile Quote has been created, if you have the LightspeedCEM module, a new lead will automatically be created to allow you to track the customer for follow up purposes.
To authorize, use your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password found in the LightspeedEVO desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. This information is only needed when using the mobile application for the first time. Each subsequent use, you will be asked for your LightspeedEVO username and password.
All hosted LightspeedEVO dealers will have access to mobile functionality.
