What's new in this release?

-As part of NAX, sponsors can be featured on the Event Guide.
-More support for dynamic URL linking.
-Updates to login, and so you'll want to update to the latest version of the app.
-Navigation icons now fill up the whole screen on iPhone XR and iPhone XS Max.
-Bookmarking a sub-session only bookmarks that sub-session, rather than the entire series.
