Mit der LiveCoach App kannst Du Deine Trainingspläne lesen, Übungen angeleitet durchführen, mit allen Hilfsfunktionen, die man beim Sport braucht, ohne zusätzliche App. Das Beste dabei, Dein Coach schaut Dir immer zu und gibt Dir Tips, oder passt Deine Trainingspläne ganz speziell für Dich an.
In Deiner Timeline kannst Du und Dein Coach alle Aktivitäten analysieren und beide können jeden Eintrag kommentieren.
Selbstverständlich steht Dir auch ein direkter Draht zu Deinem Trainer zur Verfügung, denn Du kannst in der eigenen Chat Funktion immer schreiben, wenn es Dir gerade danach ist.
