The card game:

The inhabitant access 'Canasta Inhabitant’ ($ 139.99) will not be renewed and expires automatically after one year (365 days). But can be extended manually.

Free Trial Subscription:
The inhabitant access 'Free Trial Subscription' runs the first week completely free. Extends automatically once a week. ($ 4,99)

Note to the subscription setting in your store account:
Under the menu item 'View Apple ID' you can manage your app subscription.
