Customers have recently reported problems with purchasing and viewing their digital magazines.
We are currently working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, if you’re experiencing problems please follow the instructions below:
1: Double tap the ‘Home Button’
2: Press and hold the Living Etc icon
3: Quit the app
4: Re-launch the Living Etc app. This should re-initiate and complete your download.
You will not be charged again for your purchase.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, and we hope you will continue to enjoy reading Living Etc magazine.

Following the update of iOS 6.1 we are getting reports from customers that the Living Etc app is crashing when there is no Wi-Fi connection present or if the iPad / iPhone is on Airplane mode. We are working on fixing this problem but at this time we advise customers against updating their devices to iOS 6.1 to continue enjoying your digital editions.

Update, sign-in and download today! To continue to enjoy Livingetc on your iPad you will need to download digital editions that you have previously purchased (Don’t worry. There is no extra charge for this).
What to do next
- If you are a Print Subscriber and are already registered, simply “ Sign in” to the app and re-download your issues.
- If you are an Apple Customer simply follow the “Do you want to restore your previous purchases?” instructions once the app loads.
If for any reason you are experiencing any problems restoring your digital editions please contact the Customer Care team who will be pleased to assist you. Look for the “Help” button in-app.
