If you want to uninstall the app please do the following.
To uninstall scroll on the app drawer in the messages app till you see the three dots icon. Tap the the three dots icon. Locate the app you want to remove and swipe from right to left on the app then tap delete. If you can not find the app there tap the edit icon on the top right corner. Everything will now be displayed Turn on the switch next to the app you want to remove then tap done then follow the process above.
