Lumen Church Directory 1.2 Update

2015-12-14

Added a setting for church staff to only show listed families in the directory by default. Started hiding the calendars tab if your church doesn't have any calendars (even if linked churches do have calendars). Re-enabled native iOS behavior when you press and hold contact information (native functionality is still broken in iOS9, but should work for iOS8 users). iOS9 users can tap contact information, but shouldn't press and hold it due to an Apple iOS9 bug (which will hopefully be patched soon).
